Who you're buying from

WorkSim is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

What Supporter is

Supporter is a one-time purchase that gives the Minecraft: Java Edition account you name at checkout a Supporter rank on WorkSim for 30 days, with cosmetic and social perks such as a badge, a chat prefix, a Discord role, paint colours and a phone finish. It never gives a gameplay advantage. Perks may change during the beta, but they always stay cosmetic.

Payment and duration

• You pay once. Your perks start when the payment goes through and last 30 days, then stop.
• It isn't a subscription: nothing renews and you're never charged again unless you buy again.
• Buying again while your rank is running adds another 30 days after the time you have left.
• Prices are shown at checkout, including any VAT that applies.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Supporter is a digital service that starts immediately, you ask us at checkout to start it right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once your perks are delivered.

Refunds and chargebacks

• If something went wrong (a wrong username, a double charge, or perks that never arrived), open a ticket in our Discord within 14 days. We fix it or refund you; other refund requests are at our discretion.
• A refunded payment takes away the days it bought.
• If a payment is disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the days it bought are taken away. Please open a Discord ticket first; it's usually quicker.

Players under 18

If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy. Parents: if a purchase was made without your permission, open a ticket in our Discord or email us, and we'll handle it case by case.

Server rules

Supporter doesn't exempt anyone from the server rules. WorkSim is in beta; things may break, change or be reset.
